Design for Delight (D4D) is Intuit’s secret sauce – it is our design thinking methodology we use to tackle problems leveraging creative thinking with customer empathy at its core. Join us for a 1-hr workshop where you will learn the three pillars of D4D (Deep Customer Empathy, Going Broad to Go Narrow, Rapid Experiments) and apply them to a real world situation, and develop skillsets essential to innovative problem-solving.
