Managing the Multiple Generation Workforce
Today's workforce can have 4-5 different generations (Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, Gen Z) within the organization. Each generation is significantly different and has lived through very dissimilar experiences. While the Traditionalist Generation is moving out of the workforce, the Millennials and Generation Z are making their way in. This group of diverse individuals has created an obstacle for managers. By studying the personalities of each generation, managers can create a flourishing environment.
