This research explores the implementation of MS Teams into groups discussions and projects within the classroom setting. Through these experiences students demonstrated their abilities to work together in an online environment, respond promptly to tasks assigned, monitor progress of team members, communicate synchronously and asynchronously, while also building professional relationships with their fellow classmates. Attendees will leave this session understanding the basics of Microsoft Teams and be given two successful examples of implementing this cloud-based collaboration software in university business education and business technology online courses.
