Organized and facilitated by four (4) full-time faculty members, this project focuses on professional and personal accountability, while also engaging other faculty members by helping them gain more institutional knowledge, develop professional networks, and access supportive teaching and research resources. Meetings are held twice per month in both virtual and face-to-face formats, and all activities are funded through a UNT Faculty Success Mentoring Grant. Data collected from reading group participants will also be shared.
