A high school business law lesson on the purpose and parts of a court brief, with practice summarizing and briefing court decisions.

Objectives:

  • Understand the purpose and components of a court brief.
  • Understand how to summarize a court decision effectively.
  • Create a brief for a court decision.

Age Level: Late secondary school
