How Do Business Graduates Perceive Their Education? A Survey of Skills Assessment (BERC 2023)

This session examines the self-appraised skills of senior business students to determine how they feel these skills may have developed during their college years and compares this to employer perceptions. This session also explores the importance of building self-efficacy in students to foster career success.
