Title: Building and Sustaining Customer-Business Relationships

Objectives:

  1. Describe the factors that influence customer-business relationships, such as return policies, pricing, distribution, and advertising.
  2. Describe the role of marketing in building customer demand for goods and services.
  3. Examine the cost of obtaining new customers versus the cost of maintaining current customers.

Age Level: Grades: 11-12

National Standards: Complies with NBEA Foundations of Marketing 2023 Standard “Recognize the customer -oriented nature of marketing and analyze the impact of marketing activities on the individual, business, society and the global community.” 1.2.3, 1.2.4, and 1.2.5
