Objectives:

  1. Differentiate between intermediary customers and end users across various sectors (business, government, households, industry, nonprofit, retailers, wholesalers).
  2. Understand the unique behaviors, motivations, and characteristics of intermediary customers and end users.
  3. Apply knowledge of consumer behavior to identify targeted marketing strategies for different types of consumers.

Age Level: Grades: 9-12
